The benefits of being a Home Glow client:

Annual Gas Safety Inspections – We keep an online record of when these are due for our clients and 2-3 weeks before the existing certificate runs out, we call the tenant and arrange for a suitable time for us to come and renew the certificate before it runs out.  There is no additional charge for us doing this.

Priority Emergency Call Outs – As we recognise the importance of repeat custom with our landlord and letting agent clients, we normally place the highest of priority on emergency calls for their tenants. 

No need for cash on site – We appreciate it isn’t always feasible to have someone on site to pay on completion of the work, so our clients are invoiced instead.  (Invoice terms and credit limits vary depending on trading history and status)

Control of repair costs – Following our initial diagnosis of the fault, we will normally notify our client of the cost of materials required (if any) and the likely labour costs before we carry on with the work.  If the work can be carried out within the first hour’s labour, we would simply provide a detailed solution of what has been done.

Dedicated point of contact – You would have a direct line, including mobile, to a manager, should you have any queries or particular issues you would like to discuss or get some advice on.
